At SUPER73, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride; if you are not completely happy, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to initiate a return authorization for your items.

• 2.
  Inspection and Approval

  Our support team will review your request to ensure the product is in new, unused condition and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original SUPER73 box and apply the provided shipping label to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
