How long does shipping take for a new electric bike?
In-stock bikes typically ship within 5-7 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery via freight carrier usually takes an additional 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Do I need a license or registration to ride a SUPER73?
Most SUPER73 models are designed to meet Federal Class 1, 2, and 3 e-bike standards, meaning they do not require a driver's license, insurance, or registration in most states. However, we recommend checking your local municipal laws.
What is the range on a single charge?
Range varies by model and riding mode. Most bikes offer an estimated 30-50+ miles of range depending on rider weight, terrain, weather, and whether you are using pedal assist or throttle only.
What is your return policy for bikes?
We offer a 15-day return policy for bikes in new and unused condition, subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs. Please note that bikes with more than 20 miles on the odometer cannot be returned.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with Klarna and Affirm to provide flexible monthly payment plans. You can select your preferred financing provider at checkout to see if you qualify.
Are SUPER73 bikes water-resistant?
Our bikes are designed to be water-resistant (IP65 rated for most components), meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, they should never be submerged or cleaned with a high-pressure power washer.
